Get a school of Marble Hatchets, and a pair of Dwarf Gouramis (one male one female). You have plenty of room, so you are fine to do that. Good work stocking your tank so far!

Are your albino fish corydoras catfish? If so they'll stay small (2.5-3 inches) - some catfish species get much larger, so you may already have a full tank by the time those would be adults. The tetras and hatchets are also schooling fish, so they should be in groups of 5+.

If this is a 20 regular, it will have less surface area, so you can't stock quite as many fish as a 20 long. If it's a regular, I'd say to get the dwarf gourami, since you'd only need the one. Silver hatchets can be 2.5" each and are a little more delicate to keep, although they do make a good surface fish. Another option would to get some fancy guppies (all males if you don't want fry)

I personally would go for the hatchets. The black skirts would stay in the middle more, like your other tetras and the dwarf gourami might end up bullying the other fish.

If you have any stores that carry killifish in your area, check them out for a top water fish, they are awesome!

If you don't mind going to a bit bigger fish...mollies can be cool in a tank...they are very active top to bottom...and they are very mild tempered.

I always figured 1 fish = 1 gallon....just so you keep a happy, well-balanced tank.

How many fish do you have right now? It may very well be full now.
