GW is far from dumb. He is simply not a good President. He is over his head and cannot bring himself to make compromises or to change course, two fatal flaws for a political animal. But he is not dumb. The men surrounding him are not dumb either though many like Cheney are evil. His supporters are increasingly dumb however because blind loyalty to a failed mission is stupidity

Herbert it calling the shots. That's why they always try to make it seem like Walker barely calls his dad for advice.

Herbert ran the CIA for many years. He's on the board of the largest arms dealers on the planet.

He's the brains and his offspring is merely a puppet.

Btw, daddy donated an entire wing to Yale just before junior was accepted. Look that up for yourselves.

Sometimes I do

Then when I see film of him drunk it makes me think he might be of average intelligence but has a secret drinking problem.

Usually the Foreign Press catches shots of him staggering or falling down. That material is strictly forbidden to the US Press.

I don't condemn him for drinking He most likely need a strong drink after a day with Cheney.

Go Team Bush Go

Because the man acts in a real, down to earth way--that isn't playing dumb. He simply doesn't put on airs. I hardly think a Yale graduate has any need to "play" dumb.

He made money in oil and professional sports. He got elected president.

Dumb like a fox.

When he has an occasional slip of the tongue, I think that's genuine. But that doesn't mean he's dumb. Everyone does that sometimes.

Other than that, I don't think he looks, plays, or is dumb at all.

I will admit to giving this no thought whatsoever. I simply believe I understand our system. And I sit and watch it work. And keep voting the same way, because I care about our nation's future. And I do not always assume that I know more than the rest of the country.

Actually you should thank Dick Chenney for all of that. George W is just a scape goat, Dick Cheney is the one actually running the country or so he claims.
