I'm thinking about having mine surgically removed. Then if evolution kicks in, my sons won't have them.

Because men, like women, are primates and mammals. All mammals, male and female have nipples. Under the right circumstances, such as use of particular medications, drugs (like excessive marijuana use), or due to certain diseases, males can also produce milk from their nipples, just like women. Having your nipples surgically removed seems very strange and unnecessary, unless you have a psychological problem about their size, shape, ect. If you believe yours are too large, you can have the size altered surgically, but to remove them completely would make you look very different. If that's your goal, and you can find a surgeon willing to do an unneeded surgery, good luck. However, before proceeding, I would suggest psychological evaluation and counseling to resolve any "issues" you may have around this part of your body.

We all start out in the womb female with wee nipples but then the testosterone kicks in with males and they develop male with no mammary glands but still retain the nipples. later in puberty, women's hormones kick in and they develop breasts with working mammary glands.

Also the Lamarckian theory evolution is wrong. Traits are passed down through genes. Acquired traits like a surgically removed nipple or an arm lost in an accident are NOT passed down. You could have them removed all you want. Your sons will have nipples.

because males and females develop from the same fetus shape and size; sexual characteristics don't kick in until later in development.

As to surgically removing them, that would not affect any children you have.

Evolutionary divide, it seems you don't understand evolution, your gentics would not be changed as it was not natural causes that prompted the change in your phenotype.
