It just doesn't seem right to me somehow.
My next door neighbor has taken it upon himself to enforce the parking restrictions in our area. While I laud him for his civic concern, and incentive, he not only shoots up the offending vehicles, but he invariably loses his sense of direction and ends up laying down a lethal stream of lead into my house.
I would imagine his aim would be a bit better if he didn't have to hold a half gallon of gin in one hand.

He is a character. Have you reported him to the police and had them check into his gun permit? He should be paying for the holes in your house. He sounds psycho and an alcoholic.

NO I don't think blind and drunk people should be allowed to use weapons period. How the hell would a blind person get a gun anyway? They can't see their target. That's so dangerous. Why hasn't he been arrested yet?
