there are no adjustments on any GM transmissions, if it's acting up it will have to be rebuilt or change the fluid and filter and add a bottle of Lucas transmission fix to free up any sticky valves in it and hope for the best, the only transmissions that have adjustments are the mopar transmissions.

Hey Weird, If your asking us on Yahoo. You have no idea what you are doin. How do you know it needs to be adjusted. One of your buddies say that. A 2-speed is not a hot rod piece of equipment. It is for the family sedan. Leave it alone before you break it and then you will be out of luck for a vehicle. Take it to the experts at the tranny shop for servicing and reality check. You want to be a mechanic--go to school. How do you think they learned???

You should take it to a tranny shop and let them do it since there's no short cut procedure.

They will charge you to pull the tranny, minimum cost is like $250, and then they will take it apart far enough to diagnose it and then adjust or repair it. Plan on having at least $750 to blow at a minimum. Get them to quote the prices before they start on it so you know worst case scenario.

If they sell rebuilds of this particular tranny then this is a possible swap and drop option you might consider.

Good Luck!

Don't. Have a good mechanic do it. There are far too many ways to make it worse.
