1.SOME OF THE EVIDENCE POINTING TOWARDS THE POSSIBILITY THAT BENOIT WAS THE KILLER IS THAT HIS FRIENDS CLAIMED TO HAVE RECEIVED "STRANGE TEXT MESSAGES"
COULDNT THE KILLER HAVE KILLED THE FAMILY THEN SENT THE TEXT MESSAGES TO THE PEOPLE ON HIS FRIENDS LIST TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE HE DID THE MURDERS?THEY PROBABLY SHOULD DO FINGERPRINT TESTING ON THE CELL PHONE BEFORE MAKING ACCUSATIONS.
2.THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF A SUICIDE NOTE.FIRST THE NEWS SAID THERE WAS THEN THEY SAID THERE WASNT.WAS THERE?!!!?!?!

evidence that goes FOR the idea that benoit killed family.
1.nancy had evidently filed divorce before for "demestic violence" which really goes against benoit....
2.steroids were found in his house which doesnt neccarily meant he used them but its still evidence...
3.benoit was found in a weight room which means he would have probably hung himself down there...... on like a bar of sometype....
whatever. there is still more to come.
and to the person with the mickie james pic.
my evidence is not ALL wrong.
no one will know until the autopsy results are confirmed.

Unless Benoit was retarded, he would have sent messages like, "Help!! There's some s*** going down here! I need the cops or something now!" if he were in trouble. Not messages about his dogs and the side door being open.
He sent those messages because he knew that WWE officials had become worried about him because he missed PPV. He knew that they'd somehow eventually send someone to check on him and I guess he wanted to make it easy to find him.
Lots of people leave suicide notes and lots of people don't and iformation is always stetchy when it first comes out.
According to the coroner, Benoit hung himself sometime after the PPV had occurred
He didn't want to struggle with her. Maybe he didn't want his kid to hear the struggle and come downstairs and see his dad wrapping his hands around his mom's throat and squeezing the life out of her.
If someone else killed Nancy and Daniel, why did Benoit hang himself? Or do you guys want me to believe that he was hanged by person(s) unknown without putting up the faintest bit of a struggle?
The only thing truly clear at this point regarding this tragedy is that three lives were lost. Toxicology reports will be in within a month hopefully and, hopefully, they will clear the air with regards to what was or wasn't in Chris Benoit's body at the time of the murders. People are focusing on " 'roid rage" as a possible motive, but let's not forget that steroids can also cause depression and paranoia. Those two conditions can easily lead a person to do terrible, terrible things.

I'm not a wrestling fan (but I do like Sting and I have met Nikita Koloff. Wonderful man.) If what your saying is in fact true, then I think there should be an investigation. I believe that it will ease the minds of wrestling fans (especially Benoit fans.) This does seem a little suspicious. If someone else murdered the family, people need to know who and why.

I'm with you. i don't think he did it and there are way too many coincidences surrounding the deaths of Chris, Nancy, and Daniel. Like the editing of Chris's profile on wikipedia 14 hours before the bodies were found. I seriously think Chris was set up by someone. Hopefully, the truth will be revealed soon.

I agree and plus why would Benoit text a co-worker "The dogs are in the enclosed pool area, the garage side door is open" i think that was his cry for help and no one just responded. So some body set it up.

yeah i think he was set up too. i know from having friends deal with a high media case that the media doesn't get all the facts in the case. the police only release certain info to them that will not put the investigation off track. if they have someone in interest they won't tell, so they can get the person so he/she won't run.

Why all your things are wrong
#1 They have done fingerprints
#2 The News heard there was and then found out their was not
#3 Chris killed himself a day after the ECW title match and the other deaths Friday and Saturday
#4 She was resisting and it would have made it easier.
The Autopsy have been done their buddy the toxicity ones just have notmeaing thatall tha need to be known now was if he was on drugs when he did it. I will admit there is a .01 chance that he didnt do it but look at the facts before you post things.
