Can anyone help me or tell where is the ticket for birth island so that i can get Deoxys on pokemon emerald? without the need of a nintendo event. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

this is gonna be hard to explain.
You need a Mystery Gift then i think you gotta trade mystery gifts with another Person that has one you need a think ( i dunno how to say it ) to connect . Then you go to the ship then ur going to Birth Island and save get ready for Dexoys.

Also if you GameShark get the Ticket

use action replay and then u can get it then go to island in tyhe cave deoxys will be standing in the middle of the room save the game and tyhen capture it good luck

You need a nintendo event to get it though.
