No, I don't think birth control makes people paranoid. If this is really troubling you, and you have observed yourself getting more and more fearful of things, see a Psychiatrist who can give you a clear diagnosis. Help is out there. If you can't afford the Dr. find a clinic where they have a sliding scale for payment, or other method so you can get treatment. Call your county health department. They could refer you to a clinic or whatever is available in your area.

Birth control doesn't make you paranoid, being inexperienced can though. Talk to your doctor about different methods of birth control, the Pill has been the safest for many decades (it started being used in the 1960s!). And new versions are always trying to improve.

You cannot take both the ahot and the pill you will become extreemly ill due to the mass induction of hormones into your body. Trust me when I say the shot a spermicidal insert (can be bought over the counter) and yes a condom. There are 20 thousand teenagers in teh US that are HIV positive and dont know it. If he wont glove it he doesnt love you in the first place, think of yourself first on this trust me

It shouldn't make you paranoid whether you're on the pill or the shot.

It's worth a try but I would suggest looking long and hard at all medications before reaching a conclusion. Doctors don't know what's in those pills they perscribe.

I've never heard of paranoia being a side effect. You may want to talk to your OB about it.
