My period was late as of the 23rd.. but it came on, on the 29th... I had no symptoms< USU. i'm tired, everything hurts like my nose, back, and my breast> other than stomach cramps and i thought that was because of the uterus stretching.... I've never been late and for a while i believed i was pregnant... I'm taking a NASID< non antiflammatory drug called naproxen> which are said to cause miscarriages..... My cramps today are like no other, I'm bleeding heavier than every before with large blood clots.... Can anyone tell me what this may be?

It's probably nothing. Every woman has a few "weird" periods in her lifetime. It it's strange next month you can talk to your doc.

It is the NSaids, which are sometime prescribed for painful crammpy menstruation, that is why you did not have all those symptoms. If you were taking NSAID some time before the onset of periods, then you can have heavier bleeding and more of it.

Don't worry you are normal if you are saturating more than one large pad every hour you need to call Doctor.
