I know what they are, and hopefully you are careful in using them. some types can be dangerous especially if one wears them to long. certainly stops certain activities though in a safer more humane fashion than in the old days when the ball gag's forerunner had sharp spike like objects sticking out when inserted.

I know what they are from Pulp Fiction, like that other girl said. It would freak me out way too much to wear one, it would make me feel like I was choking.
