Hi, What is this business that you need £3000 for?
Have you researched it all first. Is this money to get you up and running?
You haven't really said what you want it for apart that you are good at what you do - what is that?
To start a business can cost thousands of pounds with no guarantees so £3000 is really nothing is it?
If you haven't yet decided what you want to do email me at dvs.paul@yahoo.co.uk and I can give you some great information on a business opportunity that is only £199.00 to start off with no hidden costs. A little different to £3000 wouldn't you say?
Good Luck!

£3000 is not a lot to start a business so I suggest that you are not that good, I needed at least £10000 to get my business going properly.
So depending where you live, there is always organisations that will help you get started, just get out there and have a look.
If under 25 have a look at the Princes Trust.

Tell your bank how good you are at what you do and if your right about your abilities the will fall over themselves to give you money to start a business.

3k... small change to me, my dear.
Seriously though you should just approach your bank, talk to their 'small business' advisor I'm sure they'd be able to help. If not you could get a loan yourself, 3k ain't much.. http://www.moneysupermarket.com/loans/.
