My body tenses. I grab my head, and I let out a long, loud 'ARRGGGHHHHHH!!!".. Then I hold up my hands and start mumbling loudly and incoherently as I walk quickly out of the house (or whatever).. I get in my car and start driving VERY fast, blasting really good rock music.. by the time I'm half way through the CD, I'm usually calmed down enough to go back and take some more......

The best thing when your at that highest point of stress and about to crack under the pressure. you say "AHHH I CANTTT TAKE IT ANYMOREE!!!!!!!!!!!..This is important you have to say this. As you say this you have thrust your body in a sudden agression. After you say this just release that long held breath and say AHHHH i Give UP!!!! and fall on anything you can as quick as you can. When you hit that location hard, You will soon feel "this is were your trully relaxin" and it will be such a big relaxation. Trust me!! just think about yourself breathing and how everybreath is relaxing you more and more and more. You wont find a better way to relax trust me. Follow the instructions and go try it now. youll see how it makes you feel.

I take a break from whatever it is that makes me feel that way. The best thing to do is something I truly love, like photography and just lose myself in that for a while.

GO SOMEPLACE SILENT TO THINK THINGS OVER !! & if I have any ideas I either apply them to,' or to take the time to come up with something that even if it does'nt solve things.. Some of what I'd have in mind might be able to be of help in solving certain problems or situations !!?!! "R,r'r`r.r',-

Do what I was told by an old-timer "When the going gets tough, the tough get going" or think to myself over and over "What does not kill you makes you stronger." I have to admit, it really doesn't work very well at all when things are really bad.

i come to yahoo questions/answers and whine.

Umm depends on how much i really cant take it
sometimes i go for a walk
but sometimes i take rocks throw them against
a wall or people really hard.
