I am a freshmen in high school and I want to go to a really good college like Boston university,Maryland, you know all the high ranking colleges so is 3.81 a good GPA for a freshmen

Your GPA becomes more important as you enter your junior year. That, in addition to your SAT scores as well as extracurricular activities should get you into a very good university. Just keep up with the grades and activities and start prepping for the SATs now (don't wait until junior year, start NOW). You will thank this advice later.

3.81 GPA is excellent. However, you must follow this up with a good score in SAT or ACT, especially if you aspire for scholarship.

3.8 high school GPA is exactly average for incoming BU students. It's about 3.86 for Maryland. You'll be fine.

I would think so.... you are only .19 from a 4 point GPA....
