If you choose to go that route. Or you could just wallow in your misery - the decision is entirely up to you!

Happiness is often just a frame of mind, so with the correct frame of mind yes you will be. Wake up in the morning smile at yourself in the mirror and decide that today is going to be a good day no matter what. The more you smile, even when you don't want to . The more you'll begin to feel happy.

It all depends on what makes you happy. Simple things do it for me like when the sun is shinning in the morning, hearing my children laugh as they play together. You don't always need another person, IE partner to make you feel happy inside. Life is what you make it ; sometimes we get dealt a dud hand, but you can always rest assured that there is some-one else who is much worse off then you. My advice is to be grateful for your lot and count your blessing.

Dear miss Tara. No matter what happens in your life you will be happy, but you have to make the effort, disregard the negative feeling and replace them with positive thoughts. that is the main ingredient of life. You can go through the hardest day of your life and still come out smiling if you just keep positive. Best of luck...David

Yes....happiness is being yourself, treating yourself to nice things and a little give and take. It is possible to be happy, obviously we can't all go around with a silly grin on our faces, other people think we're nutters if we do!
Everything comes to he who waits well mostly, so make a start, take a look at yourself in a mirror give your self a smile and think positively.................go on smile you'll feel better.

I went to a Dr. when I was not happy, and found I had a chemical imbalance. He prescribed prozac. I am happy now, all the time about nothing as my hormones are now in balance. Please see a Dr. and talk with your parents.

Being happy is all about being positive and loving yourself first, then loving and accepting other people for what they are. Then you can be happy.

I think we all make our own happiness. Sometimes situtions prevent us from achiveing happines, but I refuse to think that someone can you through their whole life with out experiancing what they would consider true happiness.
