i need to install my UTSTARCOM UT300R2U ADSL 2+ Modem/Router in my windows 98 SE desktop, need software?

i was not given an installation cd. where do i find this usb driver software?

Here are the USB drivers

If you are using ethernet just directly set it up

You do not need drivers for a router/modem. Once you have your network card set up use the web browser to configure the router, as in the manual.
