The best way is to try to maintain a civil relationship with the person you're divorcing. Animosity, hostility and revenge can cause many other problems.

I've been widowed once and divorced twice. My first divorce was horrible, went on for over a year. We fought terribly. I had to take him to court for child support enforcement.

My second divorce went well, although the reasons were painful. My ex is meeting his obligations to our child, and we're friends. Things are great, as far as being a divorced couple goes ... no arguments, we listen to each other, share responsibilities toward our son, agree on compromises.

You can do it the easy way, or the hard way. Sometimes you don't get to choose, but if you do ... make the choice to do it the easy way.

How do you deal with divorce? I may not be able to help you besauce i dont know you or your famillie situation! I'll do my best since my parents divorced and now i've become a good expert!
Well all i have to say is that your going to cry a lot, your going to find out somethings along the way (about why the divorced), at one point you;ll think its your falt! Your going to want to have someone love you even though your parents do. You wont belive them when they tell you taht the love you! You'll think that their just saying that and you wont want to be near anyone for a while!
I tryed to get someone to love me but it never worked! Im going to tell you about a game that helped me feel better about my self! The name of this game is Runescape.com! Its the best! You can talk to people about what has happened and they will listen! Heck, its been about 5 years since my parents divorced and one got re-married! I still have lots of problems that i dont like to talk about! The only way im able to get my feelings out is on runescape!
Well i hope i helpede even a little! Try runescape and let me know what you think!
My user name on runescape: Anna3

You deal with it head on. You go thru the pain, you learn and grow from it and you move on. I know, it hurts like heck, but in the long run sometimes your life turns out way better than had the marriage stayed intact. Enjoy your alone time, be with friends, get a pet, read books and learn and stay possitive. You will get thru this, I promise.

It really depends on how you and the husband or wife ended it like willing on both ends and happily did it or is it the other way around. but, if you reallt think about it there is no easy way to deal with it. You just have to put your head up and go on. Don't let it get the best of you.

It depends on who you are. Are you one of the children or one of the people getting divorced?

By tarting yourself up, appearing on Ricki Lake and shimmying your bootay whilst shouting 'look at what you gave up!' to your embarrassed ex, who wishes you'd stop stalking him.

I want to make it illegal, except that one person can file if the other is unfaithful.

Under that one exception, the loyal person would get everything, despite any prenuptial agreement (which I would ALSO make illegal shortly).
