Disturbing means- troubling emotionally or mentally; upsetting.
worry means- To feel uneasy or concerned about something; be troubled
upset means-
To disturb,To distress or perturb mentally or emotionally:

so you are asking if troubling messages trouble people or just trouble people.

Both. There is so much going on in the world today that a disturbing message would upset and worry, maybe even scare a person and make them wonder about the safety of themselves and their family.

Of course. The human body is afraid of some thigns, and obviously if they were told in a way of something that was disturdbing they wouldn't be hunky dory.

It depends who is giving the message if it is someone that always have self inflicted problems then I don't worry.

yes they can somtimes but if they were sent over the net than no they probably wouldnt but if somthing came in the mail that it might just depends
