My 125cc can go up to 65 miles per hour. How much faster do you really want it to go? Hopefully, your 150cc can go as fast as mine does. Now to answer your question.
1. Upjet your Carburetor with a larger Main Jet.
2. Replace the CVT rollers with lighter ones.
The two mentioned above are next to nothing in cost. Number one will use more gas, but you will gain 10 to 15 miles more per hour. And, number two will allow you to reach top speed a little quicker. Now on to a more significant cost.
1. Install a High performance Exhaust system.
That is as much as one could do to get better performance. We call this going around the Restrictor.

More then likely, you will find there are no restrictions on your 150cc scooter. Restrictions are placed on bikes with less then 50cc to meet moped laws, and 150cc bikes are not mopeds.
However, hope is not lost. Many 150cc scooters have gearing to allow them to accelerate quickly from a standing stop and limiting overall top speed to 50-55mph. You can get aftermarket gear sets to increase top speed, but the trade off is a slower take off from a standing stop.

You will need a bigger carb and free flowing muffler to get more performance.

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
