I am making a stepping stone from one of those kits that you buy at hobby lobby and i lost the directions on how to mix the cement it is an 8lb bag I know you add water but how much???HELP PLEASE

Are you sure the instructions are not printed on the bag? If not, usually the ratio will be 5 parts cement to one part water. Err on the side of less water. Just add a little at a time and keep stirring. You want the sand to be wet but you don't want to have any water left standing after it's all wet. Soft cookie dough is how I've heard it described.
