£6.60 *52*40 = £13,728 per annum
This assumes you work 40 hours/week. Vactaion and Holidays have nothing to do with your per annum salary unless you are working for a really mean company. I don't know of any company that does not offer paid vacation and paid holidays, and paid sick days (up to some max).

The normal UK working week is 37.5 hours. Assuming you only take the paid holiday you get (4 weeks is the minimum and standard in the UK) then you get 52 paid weeks per year.
37.5*52=1950 paid hours per year.
6.6*1950=£12870
Or, as people have said, you get a rough estimate by multiplying by 2000, which gives £13200.

Normally, daily working hours is 8; average monthly working days is 20; there are 12 months in a year.
Daily level:
L6.60 * 8 = L52.80
Monthly level:
L52.80 * 20 = L1,056.00
Yearly (annual) level:
L1,056.00 * 12 = L12,672

If you work 40 hours / week, 52 weeks per year (no vacation), then that's
6.6 * 40 * 52 = £13,728
Adjust the hours or weeks in the above formula to modify this value.
