Where is the cheapest place to get a distributor for a 1985 tpi corvette?

Jonathan, If you cheap stuff go for it. Chevrolet highly recommends the DUI (company name) replacement HEI distributor. For under $50. more bucks more I'd go for that one in a heart beat.
I see them ( that distributor) perform weekly in late model super stock Chevrolet motors. Everyone is more than pleased with their performance and reliability.
The beauty of this product is the manufacturer will tailor the mechanical and vacuum advance curves to get the most performance from your motor.

Cheap parts...Corvette. These 2 things don't go together.

the cheapest?........junk yard..........pull a h.e.i.......out of a 350 Chevy......replace the pick up coil,ignition module,cap,& rotor. ........select vacuum advance or not.
