Who says Bill Clinton wasn't good in school? He won the damn Rhodes Scholar, which goes to the best students in the country.

ROFLMAO

God I can't believe there are actually people out there that believe that liberal BS. I'm so sorry to see you're one of them.

Bush's IQ is about 126. I used to have his transcripts from college on my computer.

If you want to talk about low IQs, shortbus is a client of a mental clinic. His IQ is really low.

This story is a hoax according to the very same site you quoted. If you read all the way to the bottom there is a disclaimer.

The Lovenstein Institute IQ Report
In July 2001 an e-mail (see below) began to circulate around the internet claiming that the Lovenstein Institute, a think-tank based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, had conducted research into the IQ of all the Presidents of the past 50 years and concluded that George W. Bush ranked at the bottom, with an IQ of only 91.

This news quickly gained attention from the international media. The London Guardian broke the story on July 19, and on August 26 Garry Trudeau featured the report in his Doonesbury comic strip.

Unfortunately both Trudeau and the Guardian had fallen for a hoax.

The e-mail had originated as a joke on a website called linkydinky.com. In its original version, the joke was pretty obvious. For instance, Linkydinky.com cited the Pennsylvania Court Observer as its source for the news, noting that this newspaper only had a circlation of five readers. Furthermore, it described Dr. Lovenstein as "living in a mobile home in Scranton, Pennsylvania."

As the joke made its way through people's inboxes, these textual clues were stripped away, until in the final version of the email it sounded as if the Lovenstein Institute was an actual research organization.

Once they learned of their mistake, both Trudeau and the Guardian published retractions.

Your exactly right on the IQ scores, Clinton is a very smart man. When he was running against George HW Bush A lady was asking a question of the chosen candidate , Bush's daddy said ,"I don't know what you are talking about" Clinton step forward and answered this lady with complete answer explaining to her how this went forth. GW Bush's daddy was looking at his watch, he had a tee time to play golf. That is why all the Bush's are dingy and their eyes are so close together, they call that monkey eyes. The nose bridge is so narrow that you can place your finger on the bridge on both sides hang down. That is how you can tell a retarded person.

This was proven to be an urban legend, the Lowenstein Institute which put this together does not exist nor the people mentioned. It was just a way to put something up for late night tv. To interesting that all Republicans are at bottom end and all democrats at top end that should of been your indicator this was a joke.

Going forward from now on all presidential candidates hopeful must take an IQ test any one under 150, must volunteer give up his/her campaign or be force out. We don't give a damn how rich you're if your I.Q = room temperature.

Any vice-president hopeful or being selected also must take an I.Q test and understand u.s history, it constitutions and know his/her job description throughly.

U.S can not afford to have another president like the current one office it seem incompetent have being play out in the white house and it worst than mother nature disaster.
We simply can not afford "unintelligent people" in the office period it cost human life and trillion dollars.

That report is a HOAX, it always amazes me that the
liberal hoaxes always show how smart Bill Clinton
was supposed to be.

If Bill was so smart, why did he have to have SEX explained
to him?

Thanks for your link, at the bottom of the page you provided
the link to, it clearly states that this is a hoax.

So I guess your IQ is lower than Bush's.

I would agree to this just because the way George W. Bush is doing with this country, but I'm not saying this is true. I see that George's father has a IQ of 98 their IQ's are pretty close. I'm just surprised how their IQ's scored lower then everyone else's on the list. But this is just my opinion nice question.

I didn't think G.W. Bush's I.Q. was even that high. I figured Kennedy to have a much higher I.Q. than you posted. He's smarter than I and I tested at 134... I'll bet Thomas Jefferson was the brightest. Kennedy had once said during a dinner meeting that more intelligence had not ever gathered at the White House dinner table except for when Jefferson dined alone.

How could we really know? Why should we even care. Americans elected the man. Let's look to Americans for our own IQ issues. And I still remember Kerry.
