On Ebay or craigslist for maybe 1-year old used ones, or check the Dell Outlet store, or STAPLES/Office Depot for refurbished models under warranty.
A wireless internet adapter for notebooks is only $50, so don't get caught up on that feature, it's not worth $150 just to have that built-in already.

I have brought two laptops from Ebay. The first one was $120 and the second one was $175. I gave the first one to my little brother for school. Both were Toshiba's Tecra 9100's with XP. They still run great and I have not had any problems with them. So for a cheap laptop check out www.Ebay.com.
