They are available. You may not have a "fee", but the finance charges will be outrageous. I would try lending institutes like. Capital one, or Citifinancial. They approve loans for people with not so great credit. I got one a few years ago when my credit was shaky, but like I said the interest rates were in the mid to high 20's.
