how to load drivers on my 8800gts graphics card?

depends on if you want the latest drivers or the one that came with the cd you got ( if you did get a cd ) if not then you will have to hunt around for slightly older drivers.
Generally speaking I either use the latest ones or the ones that come on the graphics card cd.
That looks like an nvidia card so am guessing www.nvidia.com and then support / downloads section and download the driver which will be a setup.exe or something along those lines.
If not install them from the cd as per above.

Insert it's CD, run the SETUP program if it doesn't autorun.
