I know that there are many different products that are sold on eBay, but waht are some of the more popular items that sell very well on a consistant basis on eBay?

Anything people collect or that needs frequent replacement.
Some people will buy things like baseball cards every week no matter how many they already have. Things that are used up like vacuum cleaner bags or other supplies should sell well but I haven't looked at them. Antiques are what I usually buy, pressed glass.

Out of that volume, you can literally by anything (that is legal) on Ebay. Almost everything listed sells, and if you are looking for something that sells consistently, then go with "collectibles". Things like stamps, coins, commemorative plates, etc. Ebay has become the marketplace of choice for collectibles. Focus on items that can easily be shipped through the mail or by UPS and are not particularly fragile. Although you can buy cars, major appliances and even construction materials on Ebay, shipping costs and local availability make these items less desirable, and hence do not sell as well.
