I found this Plot Summary, among other things, from this site: http://allforums.net/showthread.php?t=26817
It is too long to fit here, but basically it shows the beginning of Deathly Hallows, and reveals that Voldemort doesn't want to kill Harry yet because he needs him for something, though he kidnaps the trio.
Im not sure if its real or not-- im hesitant to believe that it could be, but they also have a picture of the book and a page, which makes me think that it might be real! I hope i haven't just been spoiled-- but then again-- im really curious about the book and i can't wait! Harry Potter experts-- please tell me what you think!

Don't believe it until you have read the story and can prove it to be right or wrong. There are plenty people who'd like to ruin the book for others, either as a joke or because they hate Harry Potter and don't want others to enjoy it. Maybe this person enjoys the books and isn't trying to make a joke, but has suffered at the hands of others and doesn't realize it.
And I say what I've said about those two scans before. The pic of the cover has been out for a bit now, making it easy for someone to print it on a book slip cover and place it on any book. And while the page from the sixteenth chapter could turn out to be real, it's too blurry to tell for certain, making it better to pass off a scan of a fake page.
Plus I believe I recall there being some news article saying those who mail ordered the book are not supposed to get it in the mail until the 21st. The publishers won't ship them until a date that would allow them to arrive that day.

The cover is available everywhere now so that's no clue as to whether it it legit. It's also extremely likely that the first chapter has been released to reviewers and promotional people. It's a standard practice. Some publishers release up to three chapters.
Now the synopsis of the entire book is not a standard release and the owner of the site might be speculating. If it is genuine, J K Rowling will be seeing the person in court.
I will pass on looking up the site you mentioned, though. I prefer to know I'm dealing with the real thing. No spoilers here.

Dumbledore made a Horcrux. That's why he had a "Look of triumph" when he learned Voldemort had restored his body in GOF, he knew he would be able to do the same.
Harry dies at the end. Rowling does this in part to keep other writers from picking up the character later on. She's been talking about that on her Blog for years.
Ron is the only member of the trio to survive. His younger sister and old brother Fred also die. Malfoy kills Granger and Ron is nearly killed while trying to avenge her.
The giant snake is the seventh horcrux, not the sixth. Voldemort's soul has been split into eight pieces, not the seven he intended. Harry himself is the Seventh horcrux, although neither he nor Voldemort know it until near the end.
Potter manages to find the other Horcruxes and destroy them, although Nevill dies destroying Helga's cup, and Hagrid while destroying the locket.
The final fight entails Harry and several friends ganging up on Voldemort, with Voldemort being reduced to a bodyless spirit by the battle, with Harry the only surviver, but a mortally wounded one. Voldemort vengefully delights in watching Harry die, but Harry smiles at the end, having realized just before he dies that he MUST be the final Horcrux for Voldemort to still be "alive" at the end of the battle. He'd suspected as much for the last 100 or so pages.
As Harry dies, Voldemort begins to scream, as his "less than a Ghost" form dissolves.
Rowling does not give us any glimpse of the Afterlife, just several assurances that both Harry and Voldemort really are dead, never to return.

I took a look at the picture of the guy holding the book and that told me all that I need to know. Its definitely fake. Look how thin the book is. The book is 784 pages long, according to reports, and that length looks like its one of the earlier books. Considering the entire dustjacket art has been released online, it should be more than easy to print out and cover a book with it. He also doesn't say how he got the book, and considering its probably being kept very secure, I don't know how he could get it.
I'll only believe it if he shows one of the Mary Grandpre illustrations. But as of now there's nothing that a talented computer nerd couldn't make.

im definitly not an expert, but i highly doubt that thats true. you can easily get a pic of the book, because the cover isn't exactly kept secret, because they have it on amazon and other places. i dont know, but i highly doubt it.
