The chapter on Fuses & Relays is on pages 139-143.

There is no fuse for the actual A/C compressor, it is controlled by the PCM. The blower motor and A/C controls in the vehicle are using Fuse 23 (15 amp) in the fuse block under the dash. Fuse 2 (60 amp) in the fuse box under the hood is connected to the A/C pressure cycling swiches.

Pull the fuse panel cover.
There's a diagram printed on the underside of the lid.
There's probably a fuse block under the hood too.
Find the one that says AC.

Look in your owner's manual. It should list the fuses by number, and show you their location in the fuse block.
