Can a guy pretend to love and care about you in words..?

and not in actions just because he feels sorry or sweet about you being in love with him?cos he thinks in that way he will not hurt you?

first of all, he's hurting you by pretending to love and care about you...wake up.
find someone that's sincere and will truely love you.
we all deserve that, if nothing else.
