I had ordered a dell but when I called in to ask a question the customer service was horrible. I was put on hold for a total over 4 hours and a few mins and hung up on 3 times. by the time I actually go to a person I canceled my order.
I now have a toshiba laptop and I love it! it's a little heavier than most laptops but it's been amazing so far. the speakers could be better but it's only a laptop so they're still good.
It does the job, it's helping me through college so I like it!
Also it didn't come with a bunch of junk and programs that I don't need so I like that a lot.
Dell and HP seem to come loaded with junk you'll never use that just take up space.

Compaq PC, but I have two laptops: Compaq and HP, which are both made by HP. They're pretty good. I've heard Dells are decent too. I used to have a Gateway PC. What a POS. Don't ever get a Gateway. What a waste of money.

Apple Power Book. I love it, but I wish it was a little faster. I'm going to wait to replace it though until something comes along that leaves it in the dust regarding its speed. I have one Apple laptop that is seven years old that still works well, which gives you an idea of how advanced it was.

Hp flatscreen ...if that's what you call it....
I don't like it much because it's brand new and it does have a stupid compatible browser to get to the internet easier!
Plus when don't have much protection on it so it sometimes stops working and restarts. But other than that...I have to live with it and check my e-mail and what not. Y'know, casual stuff like everyone else. Thanks for asking though and the two points!
