i dont have the time or money to get new headshots re done

Then you're screwed. Take better care of your headshots.

Get off the computer and go get some photos taken. Lots of time a good friend with a GOOD digital camera can work well if it's for a small show or theater. Otherwise, go to one of the photo places that does digital prints and get your picture taken.

Have somebody take a picture of you with a digital or conventional camera from the shoulders up. Do your best to duplicate the outfit and pose of your head shots.
Then you can take it to an instant print place one you get the pics back. If you get a cd of the pics if it's conventional photography it will be easy for them to work with it, or email it to them if it is digital. Have them print it out as an 8.5 / 11 glossy photo paper and there you go!

Oh wow, thats sucks. If you have a good digital camera, get a friend to take some quick ones, but they wont be professional. Maybe company who did your pictures has backups?

This actually happened to me once,but,I explained the situation to the casting agent and she was very nice about it in fact,I got a call-back the following week So try not to swaet it until you can actually do something to fix it

Call and explain your situation, and as soon as you find your headshots, you wil call them.

Have your friend take a picture of you looking nice. You can send the photo to Walgreen's and they'll print them for you! They turn out really nice, and it's inexpensive!
