Go to > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleaner > Click on it, and it will analyze your disk to see how much free space you have & how much will be gained by doing the Disk Cleanup.

If you are using Windows:
Double-click the "My Computer" icon on your desktop.
If the window that opens up doesn't show details like total space and free space click the last icon in the toolbar at the top (after "Folders") and select "Details" from the list that appears.
You'll see the names of your drives, their type, total space and free space.

to see the total amount of free space u have, u need to calculate the free spaces of each drive.
go to my computer and move ur mouse pointer on each of the drives. u'll see the free spaces of each drives there. then u need to add the free spaces manually, by using calculator for instance.
