They will tear the Gourami apart (if it is not a Dwarf Gourami, it is going to get too big for your tank anyway). Also, you are keeping African Cichlids (Electric Yellows) and a South American Cichlids (Firemouth). Those two species have very different water parameters and should not really be kept together. I don't think the Shark will last either, because it can be a little timid around more aggressive fish.

They will fight. They also have different water requirements (the Africans prefer hard alkaline water, the firemouth soft acidic water) and all but the gourami and shark will need larger tanks as adults.

Common pleco grows 18", the firemouth should have a 30 minimum, the yellow labs should have probably a 50 for the pair (if they are a male and female).

The fifty gallon tank would be great for your electric yellows, you could get a few more and have a group which would be best for them.

You could leave the fire mouth in the 20 or get another tank for it.African and American cichlids should really not be mixed as they have different requirements.

The pleco will get big and need a very large tank before long.

Maybe, maybe not. If the Electric yellows are male and female, they may get aggressive when they mate and rear young. But it is a better mix than having more than one meeki and a single yellow. My yellows tended to get along well with other fish even with some aggressiveness. It does help to have some sort of shelter that the large male yellow can hole up in, they really like that.
