Yes, but it will most likely be considered "high-risk" and your rate for complications and such is much higher, but don't let that stop you! If you want it, go for it and good luck!

all these people are wrong, wrong, wrong. It can happen, but it does not happen often-especially for someone who has tried everything but IVF. at 43, you may still be cycling and have the potential to become pregnant, but your eggs are far beyond their prime and any pregnancy has a very high chance of miscarrying. I would high-tail it to an infertility specialist who could evaluate your eggs and recommend either ivf with your own eggs, or more than likely you will need an egg donor - from a much younger woman with healthy eggs

I have a friend that got pregnant at 42, and had her first baby at 43. Every woman is different although every older woman is considered high risk. My friend had a very hard pregnancy and was in the hospital for the second half of it, delivered 9 weeks early, had an emergency cesarean, and got pneumonia while she was pregnant. If it is something that you really want to do, you should go to a fertility doctor, let him check your health and see if you are a good candidate. If it is something that you are serious about, then you should do it as soon as possible.

If you can be pregnant or if you have infertility problems I reccomend to follow this method http://pregnancy.toptips.org
Many factors can cause a couple trouble in conceiving a baby, I'll list a few of the most common ones in women:
Anorexia or other dietary dysfunctions
Lacking amounts of FSH and LH are produced, so ovaries aren't as functional as they could be, and so not many eggs are produced
Stress, causing periods to become irregular
Medications such as cancer treatments, antidepressants, hormone therapy, pain killers, and antipsychotic drugs can all cause temporary infertility.
With the method that I posted above you will be able to get pregnant!

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

If you are having regular periods and there is nothing medically wrong, you can get pregnant naturally at the age of 43. If you are having difficulty maybe consult your doctor who would be able to tell you if there was a medical issue in preventing a pregnancy.

Yes. My aunt just had her 2nd child at 43 like last week. It's high risk and you'll probably have to be carefully monitored.
Good luck and I hope your baby's much better looking than hers ...

It's possible. My mom was 42 when I was born and my cousin was around that age when she had her youngest. But it is very unusual and pretty difficult. Most women that age need the help of a fertility specialist.
