You don't need a pilot. You just need a garden hose and a low sun. And yes, it does produce a circle when you spray a fine mist into the air with the sun to your back. Very pretty.

U mite see a complete circle rainbow.

A rainbow is actually a complete circle, or that's what one of my profs told me. When we are on the ground though we only see about half of it.

Well you can never get closer to a rainbow! imagine that! its hard to think about it, but it's TRUE...so everyone sees the SAME picture unless a tree is in the way...........haha
