It happens to many people including myself...It is alcoholism an addiction to feeling numb, happy, and relaxed....but it can be done with the WILLPOWER and SELF DETERMINATION..i have been doing it lately..but still need improvement...when I drink beer I'm okay, but when I mix beer and tequila...i GET really dangerous.. so I'm staying away from that combination and trying have been successful to this point..but most important is thinking about the last time and the consequences... THIS WORKS!

im not sure if this counts for you like it counts for me. I said that and the reason i did start drinking agin is to block some feelings i was haveing for a little while and change them. if it dont make any sence i mean i felt a way about a guy but i new it probly wouldnt work so i got drunk to be able to make it to the next day.

In reality, we all do things that we ought not to do, and dont do things that we should. That is life. But I suggest that we can all change if we want to. It may be up to us to break various habits, and behaviours. We may have to take some responibility to stop, and reflect what we do. At the end, it is up to us(you). The drink will not buy itself.
