I moved into my home 13 years ago, it was quite and everything was well maintained... alot of the people have moved since then and sold or rented out their home.. things have gone downhill.

Yep. Everyone got older and there's a bunch of teens around, especially with all the girls screaming at everything...ugh

Mine is still pretty new, but the area is very nice so I don't see a problem in the near future
