I believe you can say to someone "anything" just by how you word something! I do smile even when I don't know I'm smiling. I have people at work that say things to me about always offering a smile. And some customers it has flat out bothered? I can cuss a person without ever using one "slang" word. And half the time it takes that person a while to figure out I did just throw off on them. I was raised cussing = lack of education, or that the person is sad to the core of their heart.....

I say a lot of things with a smile, but not everything. If I said everything with a smile, people would think that I take nothing seriously, and I probably couldn't be trusted with much.

It might be between good and bad. Because after awhile people might think you are creepy and think "Man whats that persons problem?" Usually I say things with a smile when something is funny.

Sometimes. It depends actually... I wouldn't say ''everything'' though. And there's the smile, but don't forget that look in the eye too! ...Eyes speak!
