In Firefox:
File > Page Setup > Margins & Header/Footer
Then use one of the six drop down boxes to place Date/Time wherever you would like it on the page.

In IE:
File > Page Setup

In the Headers and Footers section, add
&d
for the date in short format or
&D
for the date in long format

to either the header or footer line.

Most other browsers should follow a similar path.

You could make a copy of it as a screen shot -- if you want the entire screen, press the PrnScr button. If you just want the active window, press Alt+PrnScr.

A copy of the page will go to the clipboard.
Open a new document, right click, and insert.
