Yes, if you're sure the Recycle Bin has not been emptied, or shredded, then it's in there, somewhere. It may take you a fair amount of sifting through rubbish, but double click on the bin icon and good luck! Then you can choose to restore it or move it to a different folder.

Firstly, check your recycle bin for all the files in it. If you find the desired file, then select it and chose "Restore this item" from the option on the left. The file will be restored to the place where it was when you deleted it. :-)
Secondly, if you have emptied the recycle bin and the file is not in there, then you won't be able to retrieve it. Even if you use the file restoration softwares, it will stand fruitless. Well, you may give it a chance. Download this software.

If you have not emptied your recycle bin (assuming you are using windows) and you did not Shift+Del them, then yes, all files deleted will go to your recycle bin. You can retrieve them by double clicking on your recycle bin icon on your desktop and browsing it until you find the file(s) you are looking for. On each file you wish to restore you can either right click - restore, or drag it to your desktop. If you did in face delete it from your hard disk, then there are some tools online that can be used to retrieve lost data, although they are rather advanced tools that almost can not be run by novices. Good luck.

It may be in your recycle bin but it could have automatically been dumped from there depending on the settings and size allotted to your Recycle Bin. Look in it and it it is there, hover your cursor over the file until it highlights then on the left you should see an option to put it back from where you deleted it from.

If, as you say, you have not emptied your Recycle Bin, it might be there. Sounds like you will be spending sometime running down the list. When you find what it is you're looking for, right-click on it and select "restore." It will then be moved to the folder from which you deleted it.

If it's just a picture that you put into the recycle bin (and know that you haven't deleted), then double-click the recycle bin, see if it's in there, and if it is, then right-click on it, and hit "Restore."

If you just deleted it, it should be in your recycle bin if you have not emptied it. Also you can do a search on your computer for the file name, that should take you to the location of the file. I hope this helps!

Right-click on the recycle bin, choose "Explore," and look for it in there.
If you see the file you're looking for, right-click on it and choose "Restore."
If it's not in there, then it is probably gone, although you may have just moved it somewhere else...
Also try going to "My Computer," clicking "Search," and filling in whatever you know in the search criteria.
hope that helps!
