I think it's hilarious, since Bubba Clinton put Aristide back in power after he was deposed. Clinton loved the guy.

It's obvious these clowns took their cue from moveon, dailykos or some other loony left website and, as usual, took a pass on any critical thinking.

Funny thing about all of this, Thompson is the only candidate the lefties are universally upset with, wonder why?

I think he scares them to no end, and this is just the opening salvo's, they will do everything in their power to destroy him in the next 18 months, and after he wins, they will keep on it for the next 8 years. The party of personal destruction.

Have you ever wondered why lefties only seek to destroy things rather than build them? Or maybe they are only seeking to destroy our culture so they can have their little socialist revolution? Bring it on comrade!

they aren't lefties. and you don't know anything about haiti or Aristide. the only reason Clinton put him back in power because the opposition that the U.S. was supporting were shooting people in the streets. they were an embarrassment. Clinton tried to get Aristide to agree to all the the neoliberal policies that had like a monumental 5% approval rating among the haitian population. you see 80% of the haitian population was (still is) below the poverty line and Aristide was their guy. that's why he kept winning elections by overwhelming majorities.... this is also why he had to be gotten rid of. Aristide was very popular with 80% of the population. the U.S. reaction to this is of course they go berserk, hysterical. and Haiti is such a small insignificant country (infact the poorest in the world) it's bizarre these hysterical reactions.

I'm laughing because Thompson has as much chance of becoming president of the US as does Stuey from Family Guy.
I am certain, positive, I KNOW, without any shadow of a doubt that Fred Thompson will never ever be elected president of this country.
Not gonna happen.
How do I know?
Because America can't be THAT dumb!
Yes, America is dumb, but not THAT dumb.

The issue with Thompson is his claim to be a 'Washington outsider'. Being a lobbyist for 20 years definitely excludes him from making any such claim.

Glad to see somebody in this country is finding something to laugh at.

"Loony lefties" founded this country.

HA! Speaking of loony lefties and critical thinking, do you know anything about the person your photo represents? Here's some help with that:

...At Stanford in 1959, Kesey volunteered to take part in a CIA-financed study named Project MKULTRA at the Menlo Park Veterans Hospital on the effects of psychoactive drugs, particularly LSD, psilocybin, mescaline, and DMT. Kesey wrote many detailed accounts of his experiences with these drugs, both during the study and in years of private experimentation that followed. His role as a medical guinea pig inspired Kesey to write One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest in 1962. The success of this book, as well as the sale of his residence at Stanford, allowed him to move to La Honda, California, in the mountains south of San Francisco. He frequently entertained friends and many others with parties he called "Acid Tests" involving music (such as Kesey's favorite band, The Warlocks, later known as the Grateful Dead), black lights, fluorescent paint, strobes, and other "psychedelic" effects, and of course LSD. These parties were noted in some of Allen Ginsberg's poems and are also described in Tom Wolfe's The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test, as well as Hell's Angels: The Strange and Terrible Saga of the Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs by Hunter S. Thompson.

It is all about smearing the candidate. When they have nothing of substance to talk about, they bring up this stuff
