Because the fact that it can't be changed frustrates them to no end.
The frustration builds up.
They have nothing else they can do to change it.
Their mind/body/organism freaks out..
and they cry...
Generally, even if something can't be changed, it's hard to accept it and be calm and happy about it....or well, it's hard for some people....others get over things easily..

I think that even though we know that somethings just can't be changed, there's still an unconscious little hope, call it illusion, that makes people think that.. maybe, in some way.. it could still change!... But the more they realize it's not actually changing the more they get hurt. I think this is why some say: Hope is the last to die!...

Just saying-'it cant be changed' envokes hopelessness-
when there's no hope, depression sets in- crying releases
the tension, fear and sorrow of what is difficult to accept.
This would be a good time to meditate on the "Serenity Prayer"

That's part of living! How can you not cry at the death of a child or catastrophe? Empathy is one of best of human emotions, without it, you will not truly "live."

SOME PEOPLE HAVE TO MOVE OUT OF WHERE THEY BORN BECAUSE I HAD TO MOVE BECAUSE EVERY ONE NEW EVERY ONE AND ALOT OF PEOPLE SAID THAT I CHANGED SO ALOT OF PEOPLE NEED TO STOP CRYING LIKE BABYS AND GIT OVER IT.

They like crying, it cleanses the hurt feelings away....or drama is their friend....either works.
