Well no one here could really tell you how much it is worth...i would have to look at it and look at the interior and stuff.

It depends on what you mean by "it needs work".

Does it need a new engine? Lots of body work? Do you need a transmission? How many miles does it have on it?
Does it run?

There's way to many questions that have to be asked. With the information given, there's just no way to tell you.

What kind of work does it need?

Is it 4x4?

What are you wanting a show truck or a bogger?

If the body and frame are solid, it's worth as much as you want it to be.

Can you replace it? Do you like it a whole bunch?

Is it just a vehicle to you, or a project?
