It depends on whether the decision I make is on behalf of a group or not. I say 'we' when I'm making a decision for more than one and 'I' when the decision is mine alone to make or only affects me.

It is always *we* Yes We will be at the party. Or No We can not make it. Or thank you, we are flattered. When I got married I learned quickly that there was not I in Team and that every decision was an *us* thing

As it's me making a decision it's 'i'. If I was making a joint decision with another person/s then it would be 'we'.

It is "I", there hasn't been a "we" for a long time. I don't need to have a meeting to be decisive, I just decide and move on.

Depends on the decision, usually 'I' tell her what 'we' decided. Then 'I' take back to the store what 'we' decided 'we' didn't need and couldn't afford anyway. I'm always happiest when 'we' decide on something.

I am a single woman, living alone, so my decisions are based on "me, myself, and I".

"I" because you said "when YOU make a decision." so it's me who made that decision, unless somene else is involved.
