I call it a bathing suit. It's a one piece black tie neck halter with pink polka dots, pink trim and a skirted bottom. Sounds like it's for a 2 year old (I'm 21) but trust me.... super cute!

anyways, mine is a two piece triangle top string halter with a bottom that ties on the sides. it is turquoise with white polka dots and it has ruffles along the inner edge of each triangle for the top and a ruffle along the top edge of the bottom piece. very cute, but i wish i'd gotten a one piece...

Both. The top is white with multicolored polka dots with a black string that goes around my neck. And my bottoms are black the sides have a string in them to scrunch them up. Its uber cute!

bathing suit mine is one that i use for a swim team so i didn't have a choice. its three different shades of green...lime green, kelly green, and something in between and it has white polka dots in somewhat of a unhooked pearl necklace randomly going around the bathing suit. pretty weird i know.

i call it both but mostly bathing suit

it is dark green with light green trim. it has a flower on both breast and a flower on one hip.
it's a tankini except the top ties around my neck like a halter. ....it's really cute I got it from target!

Swimwear, one piece, way older than 2 years and I wear a white T-shirt over it to protect the skin, when swimming outdoors.
