About 30% of looking good is having confidence. If you walk around thinking you're ugly, everyone will pick up on those negative vibes and see you as the same way. In the picture, you're smiling, you look great. I'd say 8.
If you treat yourself well and keep up the positive attitude you're going to mature into a beautiful woman. Until then, you have a clean face and don't need makeup. Keep your hair that way though, I'd say it's your best feature.

aww u seem so insecure honey i'de say ure a 10! ure beautiful! ok umm well this is my makeup routine so ill pass it on to you if u like it go for it! lol so start off with a little consealer then dark green eyeliner and overtop gold over the liner then a little bit of lavender eye shadow on the small eyelid then some mascara only a little bit though and coat it off with "the gloss" lip gloss simply gorgious! it will *** to your beauty have a great day wonderful!

I would give you an 8. You are very young and you look like you will mature be very beautiful. Don't worry about your looks and all that because you have the rest of your life to worry about that. You are very pretty right now so just keep doing the same thing and studying hard.

You look great! If you want some hair/makeup ideas, though, then here is my morning routine!
1. Shower.
2. Blow-dry hair
3. Straighten hair
4. Style hair (options): Side-swept ponytail, messy bun, or updo.
5. Cute casual outfit: Graphic tee, jeans, earrings, flip-flops, and my purse.
5. Makeup: Light foundation, eyeshadow (lavender), mascara, lipgloss, blush, eyeliner. (Almay makeup)
6. Brush teeth really good and use mouthwash/mints.

You are a 10. But It is natural to want to look better so, Clothing: Redheads look better in Autum colors. Greens Browns oranges etc. Makeup same thing. Go to your library and see if you can find a book called "Color Me Beautiful" You are a redhead so you will want to find the Autum section.

Honey you are not ugly at all. It isn't what's on the outside that's important anyway...it's what's on the inside that matters. Some of the most beautiful people I've met are really ugly on the inside. As my mom in law says, beauty is only skin deep but ugly goes all the way through to the core!
