That answer above is a load of old, and I mean OLD (2005), tosh!
the music sounds to me like it's by Bobby McFerrin (remember him from 'Don't Worry, Be Happy! ? ) and I believe it's called 'Knick Knack'

Edit: and the answer below is also Bollox as their link clearly shows the song is from 2005! Believe me, folks, the latest ads are by Bobby McFerrin.

The distinctive music used throughout the advert was written and performed by duo David and Roselyn, street musicians from New Orleans. David and Roselyn have been travelling the world performing their special blend of folk and blues for nearly 50 years. It was quite a challenge to track them down, but it was worth it in the end as the unique track - 'Kiss it and make it better' - ideally conveys the positive, optimistic message of the BUPA brand.
