She doesn't want to meet me. I see her 3-4 times a week, but she is never alone. she always hes her stupid friends with her.

She's not interested, so I would find someone else. Don't make yourself look bad by continuing to go around her. Get your mind on something else. There's plenty of other fish in the sea. 7 times is too many times to tell her how you feel without a good answer in return. Give it up!

Actions speak much louder than words. Unfortunately, she has told you she doesn't want to meet you. You need to move forward, for her it just isn't there and there is nothing wrong with that. There's got to be more girls around than just her. Get your self-respect back, add some confidence and move on.
