i heard this before if u live volcano country there is black hot mud not very hot can heal ur skin and definately has some hair few months.
Another is may be there is a lot dead skin example like snake skin need new one replace the old one.Dead skin cause the hair couldn't grow so start brush gently ur skin with soap ok.
