Besides "Devil Went Down To Georgia" by Charlie Daniels Band as Vini Vidi Vici answered, Tenacious D's song "Tribute" is also reminiscent of Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven".

At the end of their performance here they sing the line "And we're playing the greatest song in the world - I'm talking about tribute" very similar to the ending of "Stairway" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7P7qmkpqMY
